Practical, classroom-tested strategies from a UK-qualified maths teacher with 30+ years’ international experience.

Tracy Schultz is a UK-qualified secondary mathematics teacher with over thirty years of classroom experience across four countries: the UK, Germany, Turkey, and Northern Cyprus. An engineer by first training (BSc Engineering, followed by a two-year PGCE), she holds the National Professional Qualifications for Middle and Senior Leadership and currently teaches and mentors at an international school.

The Empowered Educator Series distils that experience into practical, evidence-informed classroom strategies: behaviour management, inclusive practice, trauma-responsive teaching, and maths confidence. Designed to be used on Monday morning, not just read and shelved. Start with The BRIDGE Protocol or join Tracy’s educator list at hashtagmcubed.com/educators.
